Компания Talon.One ищет опытного инженера DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure в Берлине для развития надёжной и масштабируемой инфраструктуры. Ваша работа охватит развёртывание и поддержку продакшн-систем, улучшение CI/CD, а также участие в проектировании архитектуры и делегирование знаний команде.

Требуется глубокий опыт Docker/Kubernetes и облачных технологий, знание Bash, Golang и PostgreSQL, умение мониторить через Datadog или Prometheus.

• 5+ лет опыта в роли Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps, работа над продакшн-системами.
• Глубокие знания CI/CD, автоматизации, надёжности и рабочих процессов разработчика.
• Экспертные знания Docker и Kubernetes: наблюдаемость, масштабируемость, надёжность.
• Опыт работы с облачными провайдерами, предпочтительно GCP, архитектуры cloud-native и IaC.

• Evolve the systems that keep Talon.One reliable, secure, and scalable
• Build resilient infrastructure, automate operations, and simplify cloud complexity
• Contribute to infrastructure design discussions and share knowledge with the team

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in a Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps Engineering role, building and maintaining production systems at scale
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and hands-on experience improving automation, reliability, and developer workflows
• Expert knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including observability, scalability, and resilience best practices
• Experience with cloud providers, preferably GCP, cloud-native architectures, and infrastructure as code
• Experience with Bash, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Git
• Experience with Datadog or Prometheus for monitoring and metrics
• Ability to execute independently, make pragmatic decisions, and follow through consistently
• Genuine interest in mentoring others, sharing context, and raising the team's technical bar through collaboration and knowledge transfer
