Your professional and personal profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering or technical training with further qualification as a mechanical engineering technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in design and development, ideally in mechanical engineering or comparable fields
• Solid knowledge of engineering mechanics and machine elements
• Proficient user of CAD systems such as SolidWorks or comparable tools; experience in design calculations and FEM analyses is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, a structured working style, and excellent communication and teamwork skills

Your future responsibilities include

• Development and design of assemblies, machines, and customized solutions in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Supporting prototype development, performing tests, and assisting in bringing systems to series‑production readiness
• Acting as a contact person for internal departments and external partners, including thorough documentation of results
• Analyzing problems, optimizing existing designs, and implementing technical improvements
• Creating innovative concepts while considering current market trends and technological developments
