ESP Global Services is seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a secure, professional environment in Raunheim, Germany. The role involves supporting users, maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality service across local and international teams.

On-site hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00. Candidates should have 2+ years of IT infrastructure experience, strong German (C2) and English (B2), and solid knowledge of Windows OS

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of IT infrastructure support experience.
• German language proficiency at C2+, English at B2.
• Strong command of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory and networking essentials.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts and wireless networking.

About the job: Join a global IT services company supporting a leading organization in the aerospace industry. We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support within a secure, professional environment. This role is ideal for candidates currently working as an IT Technician, IT Support Specialist, Desktop Support Engineer, or Infrastructure Technician. You will be responsible for supporting users, maintaining IT equipment and infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. Working closely with local and international teams, you will play a key role in keeping business-critical systems operational.

What Will You Do

Requirements

What will you bring to ESP?

• 2+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
• Proficient in German C2 + and English B2
• Good command of Windows O/S
• Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
• Wireless networking knowledge
• Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
• Experience with Active Directory
• Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts
