If you are passionate about analog/mixed-signal IC design and want to make an impact at the forefront of semiconductor technology, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance ADC and DAC circuits with a deep understanding of architecture
- Develop building blocks such as band gaps, bias generators, TIAs, op-amps, filters, switched-capacitor circuits, and LDOs
- Utilize Cadence Virtuoso and other EDA tools for design and successful tapeouts
- Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure optimal layout matching and parasitic-aware design
- Support silicon bring-up, lab validation, and debugging of first silicon
Your Profile
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of relevant experience in mixed-signal IC design, with focus on ADC/DAC circuits
- Strong foundation in analog design fundamentals: noise, matching, linearity, stability
- Proficient with Cadence design tools, Spectre, and behavioral modeling (Verilog-A, SystemVerilog-AMS preferred)
- Experience with full-custom analog layout and verification a plus
- Knowledge of advanced CMOS process nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI) is highly desirable
