Overview

Mixed-Signal Design Engineer – Data Converters (DAC & ADC). Join a fast-growing semiconductor startup pioneering next-generation data converter ICs and wireless communication systems. Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance ADC and DAC circuits with a deep understanding of architecture
• Develop building blocks such as band gaps, bias generators, TIAs, op-amps, filters, switched-capacitor circuits, and LDOs
• Utilize Cadence Virtuoso and other EDA tools for design and successful tapeouts
• Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure optimal layout matching and parasitic-aware design
• Support silicon bring-up, lab validation, and debugging of first silicon

Your Profile

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in mixed-signal IC design, with focus on ADC/DAC circuits
• Strong foundation in analog design fundamentals: noise, matching, linearity, stability
• Proficient with Cadence design tools, Spectre, and behavioral modeling (Verilog-A, SystemVerilog-AMS preferred)
• Experience with full-custom analog layout and verification a plus
• Knowledge of advanced CMOS process nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI) is highly desirable
