Job Description

• You'll help lead our front desk team with heart, mind, and a good dose of organizational skills, working alongside our front desk manager.
• You are responsible for the work schedules and for organizing the reception area.
• You'll ensure that check-in and check-out proceed in a professional and friendly manner and that our guests feel completely at ease.
• You have a clear overview of reservations, booking systems, and occupancy rates—and you keep your cool even when unexpected changes come up.
• You'll work closely with all departments and serve as the central point of contact to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You have a handle on cash management.
• You're always there to listen to our guests—whether they have questions, requests, or even complaints.
