A-ROSA Tegernsee is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the service team and partner with the restaurant manager to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate front-of-house with the kitchen, plan rosters, handle orders and HACCP hygiene compliance, and contribute to events and special culinary experiences for guests.

• Experience in upmarket service or comparable role in hotel or catering
• Initial management experience or desire to grow into a managerial role
• Hospitable attitude, team spirit and passion for excellent service
• Organisational skills and a structured, independent approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure, confident manner and strong communication
• Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
