Descripción del empleo

This role sits between business strategy and hands-on building. The person leads discovery with senior executives at large customers, decides which AI use cases are worth doing, and builds quick prototypes in Python with AI coding tools. A strong candidate has built real things, can talk to a C-level and an operator in the same day, and is comfortable saying no to work that will not pay off. The title says German speaking and the base is Bonn, so working with German-speaking customers looks likely, though the posting does not spell this out.

How it fits the AI era

AI coding tools and the company's own platform let one person test an idea end to end before the customer commits, which makes early proof much cheaper. The agents themselves take over phone calls, email and routine operations. What stays human is judging where value really sits, challenging a customer's first idea, building trust with senior people, and deciding what gets built first and what gets parked.

How it builds AI experience

This job gives direct experience designing and launching AI voice and email agents inside real enterprise systems, from first scoping to live production, alongside engineers who build them. Learning to map integrations, data limits and edge cases for supply chain and enterprise teams is a practical education in where agents work and where they struggle. To prepare, build small agent prototypes in Python with an AI coding assistant and practice writing up the business case for each one.

Worth showing

• Python prototypes built with LLMs
• Executive-level discovery and scoping
• API and integration understanding
• Shipped projects or startup history
