Job summary

LVMH Group is seeking a (Senior) Demand Planner in Munich to drive accurate demand forecasting and supply planning for Central Europe. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and central Supply teams to optimize processes and deliver reliable forecasts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in demand planning, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SAP/BI tools. Fluent English; German language skills are a strong asset in our multilingual environment.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (Senior) Demand Planner to join our Central Europe Supply Chain Team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate forecasting and supply of our exceptional brands across the Central European market. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

Professional experience & know-how:

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Demand Planning within a dynamic supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of driving results, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
• Developed interest and aptitude for Information Systems and Technologies. Prior knowledge of SAP and other Business Intelligence tools is a significant advantage.

Languages

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in German is highly appreciated and will be considered a strong asset.
