Zusammenfassung

New Flag GmbH is seeking a (Junior) Demand & Supply Planning Manager to drive end-to-end S&OP processes across brands and regions. You will help develop forecasts, align with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, and ensure products are available in the right places at the right times globally.

You will work in a hands-on role with ownership, using tools like Excel, Anaplan and Power BI, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree with a business focus (Marketing or Supply Chain) or completed vocational training.
• First experience in inventory planning, supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP/IBP.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with a drive for quality results.
• Hands-on, ownership‑minded and creative.
• Team player with strong communication to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Solid MS Office knowledge; Excel; VBA a plus.
• Familiarity with Anaplan and Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

In this role you support the end‑to‑end S&OP process for defined brands and regions. You help analyze sales figures, spot trends early, and ensure our products are in the right place at the right time – globally.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of robust forecasts for your brands, working with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build an aligned, realistic demand and inventory plan.
• Act as a key point of contact in our global inventory management, from demand planning through distribution to country teams.
• Help identify the root causes behind trends, bottlenecks, and overstocks, and contribute to the right corrective actions.
• Help build processes that don’t just look good on paper but actually work in day‑to‑day operations across the full product lifecycle.
• Support allocation decisions during supply shortages, assist with clear communication to country teams, and help maximize impact with limited resources.
• Support the operational execution of stock allocations and reservations in order management – precisely and efficiently.

Requirements

• A completed degree with a business focus (preferably Marketing or Supply Chain Management) or completed vocational training, plus first experience in inventory planning, supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP/IBP.
• Analytical and commercial thinking, paired with a strong drive for quality results – looking beyond your own area of responsibility comes naturally to you.
• A hands‑on mentality, strong sense of ownership, and creativity.
• A team player with strong communication and persuasion skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Solid command of MS Office, especially Excel (VBA skills a plus).
• Familiarity with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan and Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
