Zusammenfassung

DSJ Global is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure uninterrupted product supply by developing and maintaining robust supply plans. You will coordinate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to optimize availability while balancing capacity and inventory targets.

With 3+ years in supply or production planning, you will identify risks, lead S&OP processes, and drive improvements across planning systems such as SAP/IBP.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in supply or production planning.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG preferred.
• Strong SAP/IBP or similar planning system knowledge.

• Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term supply plans.
• Manage inventory levels to achieve service, working capital, and stock availability targets.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through scenario planning and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Lead supply review meetings as part of the S&OP / IBP process.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, co-packers, and third-party suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
• Monitor supply performance and analyse key KPIs, including service levels, inventory, and forecast adherence.
• Support new product launches, promotions, phase-ins, and phase-outs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and systems.
• Ensure accurate master data and planning parameters within ERP systems.

You will work closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to optimise product availability while balancing capacity and inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to achieve service, working capital, and stock availability targets.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through scenario planning and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Lead supply review meetings as part of the S&OP / IBP process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
• Experience using SAP, APO, IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or similar planning systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent English required; German is advantageous.
