HeadHR in Munich is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee a pipeline of IT projects, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations. You will ensure delivery efficiency, plan budgets, and craft commercial proposals for clients.

The role requires 2+ years in IT project management, 1+ year as Delivery Manager, strong agile knowledge, and proficiency in English and German. A technical background (QA/Dev) and experience in fintech or healthcare are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years IT project management experience (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem solving, change and risk management).
• 1+ years as Delivery Manager.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing projects under Agile contracts and Fix Price.
• Technical background (previous work as a QA, Developer, etc.).
• Experience in fintech or healthcare domains.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, SDLC.
• Excellent planning skills and ability to switch between projects without losing focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• English – Intermediate+ and German – Upper-Intermediate+.

Aufgaben

• Manage a pipeline of projects and their timelines, risks and business expectations.
• Ensure efficiency of delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability management.
• Plan, control and allocate project budgets.
• Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast project growth and decline and monitor team performance metrics.
• Perform RFP analysis and prepare an evaluation of proposed solutions.
• Prepare a commercial proposal for the client (including presentation).
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise supervised projects.
• Communicate with customers about business development, strategies and objectives.
• Maintain reports and necessary documentation for customers.
