Job summary

DHL IT Services ищет опытного менеджера проектов/Scrum Master для координации двух DevOps-команд и обеспечения своевременной реализации бизнес-инициатив. Вы будете следить за показателями и поддерживать прозрачность процесса через отчеты и обновления руководству.

Требуется опыт Scrum/DevOps, владение немецким и английским языками, умение работать в сложной среде стейкхолдеров и продвигать лучшие практики SAFe/Kanban.

Qualifications

• Степень в области информатики, ИТ, инженерии или эквивалентный опыт.
• 8+ лет опыта в IT-доставке, управлении проектами или разработке ПО.
• Успешный опыт роли Scrum Master и/или старшего менеджера проектов.
• Свободное владение немецким и английским языками (устно и письменно).

• Manage end-to-end delivery across two DevOps teams
• Ensure business and technology initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Monitor sprint, release, and project progress against agreed goals and milestones
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Improve transparency through delivery reporting, dashboards, and management updates
• Coach and support teams in agile ways of working and Scrum and DevOps practices
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Promote continuous improvement and remove organizational impediments
• Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and delivery teams
• Align priorities and expectations across stakeholders
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation measures to management
• Support informed decisions with fact-based reports and recommendations
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and systems
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resource planning
• Support strategic transformation and modernization initiatives
• Promote DevOps principles, including automation, CI/CD, Quality Engineering, and operational stability
• Help teams balance feature development, technical debt reduction, and operational excellence
• Ensure effective management of production and support activities
• Monitor service performance and promote continuous service improvement
• Foster collaboration, ownership, and high-performing teams
• Mentor team members and support their professional and personal development
• Promote knowledge sharing and cross-team learning
• Contribute to capacity, staffing, and resource planning

Требования:

• Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a comparable field; an equivalent combination of professional experience and qualifications is also accepted
• More than 8 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or software development
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Senior Project Manager
• Practical experience with agile methods and DevOps delivery models
• Proven success leading and managing multiple delivery teams simultaneously
• Experience with complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Good knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and the Software Delivery Lifecycle
• Strong project planning, risk management, and governance skills
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and drive change without direct authority
• Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written
