The project focuses on assessing custom software solutions against BSI TR-03161 requirements, with emphasis on software architecture, interfaces, dependencies, security, and delivery processes.

You will be on-site in Dresden with partial remote work possible after onboarding, collaborating with auditors, developers, and business

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst with complex software systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, interfaces, and data flows.
• Experience with BSI TR-03161 or comparable security standards.
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development and application security principles.
• Ability to analyze complex systems quickly and work independently within teams.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on use of Jira and Confluence for collaboration and tracking.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, maintain, and align technical documentation for software assessed.
• Support assessments based on BSI TR-03161 and comparable security requirements.
• Identify documentation and process gaps and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with auditors, developers, admins, and business reps during assessment activities.
• Capture, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create technical concepts and supporting materials for assessment initiatives.
• Analyze and structure existing technical documentation for completeness.

The projectis focused on assessing custom software solutions against BSI TR-03161 requirements, with an emphasis on software architecture, interfaces, dependencies, security, and delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing,maintaining, and aligning technical documentation for software applications under assessment.
• SupportingsoftwareassessmentsbasedonBSI TR-03161andcomparablesecurityrequirements.
• Identifyingdocumentation and process gaps and coordinating remediation activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaboratingwithauditors,developers,systemadministrators,andbusinessrepresentativesduringassessmentandreviewactivities.
• Capturing,analyzing,anddocumentingbusinessandtechnicalrequirements.
• Creatingtechnicalconceptsandsupportingmaterialsforsoftwareassessmentanddevelopmentinitiatives.
• Analyzingandstructuringexistingtechnicaldocumentationtoensurecompletenessandconsistency.
