Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Delivery Lead, Technical Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Architect, or similar role within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment
• Deep, hands‑on full‑stack development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js
• Strong customer‑facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations, navigate technical challenges, and build trust with enterprise stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading the technical delivery of complex software projects from discovery through launch
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development practices and integrating AI capabilities into software solutions
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, autonomous, fully remote environment
• ServiceNow experience, particularly with UI Builder, integrations, custom components, or portal architecture
