Zusammenfassung

Zeekr is seeking a Delivery Advisor to oversee the final step in the customer journey: the structured and professional delivery of vehicles to customers in Germany. You will ensure on-time deliveries that meet quality standards and document processes using CRM and other systems.

Collaborating with sales, service, logistics and external partners, you will manage delivery scheduling and handovers while maintaining calm and professional conduct in time-critical situations.

The role

As a Delivery Advisor, you are responsible for the final step in the customer journey: the structured and professional delivery of vehicles to our customers. You ensure that deliveries are executed on time, according to defined standards, and with a clear focus on quality, reliability and process adherence.

You work closely with sales, service, logistics and external service partners and use digital systems to manage, track and document deliveries. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive logistics or delivery‑to‑customer environments who remain composed and professional in fast‑paced, time‑critical situations.
