Responsibilities

• Ownership: You manage and develop EGYM's Atlan-based Data Catalog and drive data enrichment and adoption
• Standards: You define, implement, and continuously improve scalable Data Quality Standards and Data Governance Models
• Documentation: You ensure accurate and consistent data documentation across multiple systems like Salesforce, SAP, Stripe, and internal systems
• Lineage: You identify data flows and ensure issues are addressed at their source
• Coordination: You align and lead data cleanup activities with cross-functional stakeholders
• Expertise: You act as a trusted subject matter expert for all data-related topics

Your fitness level

• Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in the data domain, especially in Master Data Management, Data Catalog Management, or Data Governance
• Mindset: You bring a sharp analytical mindset with a passion for data and quality
• Knowledge: You are familiar with implementing company-wide Data Quality Standards and an enterprise-wide Data Catalog, and ideally have worked with Atlan
• Awareness: You understand various Data Governance models and best practices

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Responsibility: You fully own the Atlan-based Data Catalog and improve its adoption and enrichment
• Definition: You determine Data Quality Standards for core data objects, fields, and assets
• Implementation: You establish and implement Data Controls in collaboration with Salesforce, SAP, and Automation teams
• Trust: You build strong relationships with stakeholders and are recognized for your collaborative approach
