  • Commercial & Financial Management: Hold full P&L responsibility for a substantial operational budget, including OPEX, CAPEX, maintenance expenditure, subcontractor costs and workforce management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the senior point of contact for the customer, developing a trusted relationship and ensuring expectations, service levels and operational objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Contract & Service Delivery: Manage service performance against contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Supplier & Contractor Management: Oversee specialist subcontractors and service partners, ensuring quality, value for money, compliance and consistent delivery.
  • QHSE & Compliance: Maintain responsibility for health and safety, environmental management, quality assurance and statutory compliance across the facility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, introduce efficiencies and develop the service offering in line with the customer’s evolving requirements.
  • Strategic Development: Support the ongoing development of the site, identifying opportunities for additional services, infrastructure improvements and long-term operational growth.
