Job summary

DKV Mobility in Germany is seeking a Data Analyst for the Sales Data Hub to analyse, structure and interpret sales data, enabling transparent, data-driven management of sales performance, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy and campaign success.

You will translate business requirements from Sales into analytical concepts and technical specifications, enhancing data models and reporting, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and data quality.

What you can expect

• You analyse, structure and interpret sales data to enable transparent, data-driven management of sales performance, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy and campaign success.
• You translate business requirements from Sales into clear analytical concepts and technical specifications, continuously enhancing data models and reporting solutions within the Sales Data Hub.
• You identify optimisation opportunities across the entire sales funnel and derive actionable recommendations to sustainably increase revenue, sales efficiency and the quality of data-driven decision-making.

What makes you stand out

• You have solid experience in Sales Analytics, reporting, and KPI definition, and are confident working with CRM, sales, and campaign data.
• You have excellent Power BI skills, particularly in data modelling, DAX, and creating clear, audience-focused visualisations.
• You have good SQL skills and use them confidently to independently analyse and validate data.
• You have a strong understanding of data structures, data models, KPI logic, and interfaces.
• You are able to analyse business requirements in a structured way and translate them into clear analytical and technical requirements.
• You have experience in validating data and KPIs as well as identifying data quality issues.
