DKV Mobility invites a Team Manager for User & Security Management to lead an international software engineering team in a hybrid setup. You will shape IAM strategy, drive secure, scalable solutions, and collaborate with Product Management and Architecture.

You bring several years of software development leadership, strong cloud and modern architecture knowledge, and experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and security-by-design.

• Several years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of modern software architectures and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management or security platforms is a plus.
• Strong DevOps mindset with focus on CI/CD and security-by-design.
• Fluent in German and English.
