Job summary

FRoSTA is seeking a Customs Leader (f/m/d) for its Supply Chain Management department at the Bremerhaven plant, with options for Hamburg or Bydgoszcz. The role is permanent and starts 01.09.2026, leading the customs team across the FRoSTA Group.

You will define and drive the customs strategy, ensure compliance, and lead audits and improvements across locations, collaborating with multiple functions and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in customs, trade compliance or international logistics
• Good knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures and international trade requirements
• First leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work effectively across locations, functions and cultures
• Fluent English language skills

• Provide expert guidance on tariff classification, customs valuation and origin-related matters
• Support business, logistics and supply chain projects from a customs perspective
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of customs processes
