Zusammenfassung

VusionGroup in Germany seeks a dedicated customer support professional to collaborate with customers and partners, identify issues, and independently manage tickets with 3rd level support. You will assist with installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution, troubleshoot IT environments, and prepare reports.

The role requires strong communication, German at C1 and good English, plus willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• HTL diploma, ongoing or completed university of applied sciences or university degree.
• Experience with remote support tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, cloud, Linux & Windows).
• Professional experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues
• Independent handling of support tickets and coordination of fixes with 3rd level support
• Responding to inquiries via phone, Email, and ticketing tool
• Support with the installation and configuration of the VusionGroupsolution
• Troubleshooting system, network, and software issues
• Targeted follow-up and analysis of inquiries
• Process documentation and preparation of relevant reports

Education:

• HTL diploma, ongoing or completed university of applied sciences (FH) or university degree

Experience:

• Experience using remote support tools is an advantage
• Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, and cloud environments, Linux & Windows)
• Professional experience is an advantage

For the advertised position, the minimum collective agreement base salary is € 3,267.00 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
