FH Collective - Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for Lisbon, Portugal. Roles are on-site with optional remote arrangements within Portugal.

We offer a relocation package and a monthly gross salary with accommodation or without, plus perks to support a smooth move. You will be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, or chat, delivering genuine, helpful assistance within an international team.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2).

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You’re based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
