FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. Relocation package included with on-site or remote options within Portugal.

Flight tickets and shared accommodation are available, plus health insurance and monthly bonuses. You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, delivering practical support while avoiding overly scripted responses.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.

• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
