FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. This role offers on-site and remote options within Portugal and includes a relocation package.

You’ll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing friendly support via phone, email, or chat as part of an international team.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You’re based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
