Zusammenfassung

FH Collective Academy is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist for Lisbon. You’ll assist customers via phone, email or chat, with a relocation package and optional accommodation to ease your move to Portugal. Training is provided as part of joining a global BPO team.

Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English are required, plus a willingness to relocate to Portugal for an on-site or hybrid role in Lisbon.

• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
