Zusammenfassung

Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform, seeks a Customer Success Manager to join our Munich-based team on a hybrid basis. You will nurture strategic Corporate & Enterprise accounts across DACH, Benelux and Nordics, guiding adoption and value realization.

As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll drive ROI, manage delivery of implementations, and grow the portfolio through cross- and up-sales while maintaining low churn. Fluent English and 3+ years in enterprise SaaS are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with global Enterprise or Corporate segment customers.
• Fluent in English — executive-level communication.
• Experience with CRM / ERP / Core systems / Low-Code/No-Code solutions or other corporate software.
• Experience managing software implementation projects or customizations.
• Strong customer-centric communication and presentations skills.
• Commercial acumen including negotiation and renewal management.
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills.

The role is based in Munich, Germany with hybrid office attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers of the Corporate & Enterprise segment.
• Act as a trusted advisor of assigned accounts and communicate with them ondifferent levelsincluding C-level executives.
• Control and audit delivery processes in implementation projects for Corporate & Enterprise customers,identifyearly red flags to prevent delivery and launch-related issues.
• Help customers achieve their desired outcomes throughproduct consulting, value realization, and high ROI.
• Grow customer's portfolio through zero churn and active cross and up-sales.

Requirements:

• 3+years of experience working with globalEnterpriseorCorporate segment customers;
• Fluent in English — both verbal and written with executive-level communication.
• Experience with CRM / ERP / Core systems /LowCode/NoCodesolutions /other corporate software;
• Experience of managing or overseeing software implementation projects, or customization of corporate software;
• Strong Customer-Centric Communication and Presentations Skills
• Commercial acumen, including negotiation and renewal management
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills
