Job summary

• Manage and process special customer orders, including VPAs, pricing agreements, and project orders.
• Handle returns and create credit and debit notes.
• Create and send invoices to customers.
• Maintain order-related documentation and digital customer files.
• Maintain master data in the SAP environment.
• Process delivery lists and export reports in customer portals, including deadline monitoring.
• Coordinate and organize customer-specific delivery approvals with shipping departments.
• Support cross-departmental projects and process improvement measures.
• Create and analyze various reports and metrics for internal and external requirements.

For this highly demanding market, the Göttingen site supplies highly complex opto-mechanical modules, subsystems and components for applications in lithography, wafer inspection, chip bonding and packaging.

In addition, this site manufactures and supplies a broad range of optical and mechanical components, including complete optical systems, to support scientific research and development as well as industrial production.
