Leading Technology Company in Portugal is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with high standards of service.

You will work Monday to Friday, with shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, plus weekend coverage on a rotational basis. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or sales support preferred.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willing to relocate to Portugal and work on-site.

Salary & Compensation

Meal Allowance:7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance:20 per month
Health Insurance:Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
Relocation Support:Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal

Your Role
