Zusammenfassung

EE Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Cardiff-based Broadband Technical Team. You will answer customer queries related to broadband tech over the phone, troubleshoot router and network issues, and guide customers through solutions with a friendly, supportive approach.

No prior broadband experience is required; training is provided and you’ll have opportunities for career development. Occasional home working is available and we support flexible scheduling.
