Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced order management leader to oversee daily operations in the Medical Device sector and to lead a team of agents across international projects.

The role requires 5-7 years in order management/back office leadership, strong German and English language skills (C1), and proven People management abilities within a medical industry setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of order management and/or back office team lead experience.
• Must live in Germany.
• Experience in a back office & order management environment in the medical industry as a people manager and leader.
• German and English language skills at C1 level.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day order operations in the Medical Device industry.
• Lead and develop a team of agents.
• Drive continuous improvements and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Support daily effective order reimbursement processes.
• Identify opportunities for operational process efficiencies.
• Conduct effective resource planning within workforce management and forecast logic.
• Monitor and improve employee quality requirements.
• Coordinate and initiate conference calls and Webex meetings.
• Handle special projects on an international level.

Requirements
