Job summary

fenster.com is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage French and Belgian customer inquiries from its Stuttgart headquarters. You will coordinate with suppliers and external partners on delivery dates and address changes, follow up on delivery issues, and review invoices to ensure accuracy.

The role requires native French and at least B2 English or German, plus prior logistics or back-office experience and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Native-level French and very good English or German (B2) required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, forwarding, customer service, back office, or operations.
• Structured and detail-oriented work style.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple cases.
• Hands-on mentality with ownership.
• Experience in invoice checking, complaint handling, or delivery coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics-related customer inquiries for France and Belgium.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external logistics partners regarding delivery dates, address changes, and delivery issues.
• Follow up on delivery deviations, non-conformity cases, and complaints.
• Review logistics invoices, storage costs, and possible discrepancies.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational logistics topics.
• Keep documentation up to date and ensure proper follow-up on all ongoing cases.
• Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows.

• Experience in invoice checking, complaint handling, or delivery coordination is a plus
