TSMC EU Design Center in Germany is seeking a senior engineer to lead the development of embedded non-volatile memory and related IP. You will drive design specifications, oversee critical memory paths, and conduct comprehensive design reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in memory design, and 5+ years in technical leadership.

Qualifikationen

Job Responsibilities

Lead a team in the development of embedded non-volatile memory, test chips, and intellectual property (IP). The primary responsibilities include:

• Defining design specifications, workflows, schemes, checklists, and layout guidelines/floorplans.
• Identifying critical memory paths to ensure optimal performance.
• Conducting comprehensive design reviews, including analog/mixed-signal circuits or RTL code, simulations, layout verification, design kit quality control, and silicon measurements.
• Analyzing silicon data and debugging to resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to establish technology specifications, characterization processes, and reliability methodologies.
• Providing technical support to customers.

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in circuit or logic design for non-volatile memory technologies, including flash memory, RRAM, MRAM, or PCRAM.
• More than 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating strong capabilities in team leadership and problem-solving.
• Proficient in utilizing EDA tools and employing design methodologies for both custom and digital design of non-volatile memory.
