TSMC EU Design Center in Munich seeks an experienced engineer to develop memory IP and compilers for AI applications, optimized for TSMC processes, and to drive cutting-edge non-volatile memory technologies.

You will create test chips to validate memory IP, perform design verification, analyze silicon data, and collaborate on front-end/back-end design kit generation while supporting customers.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of circuit and logic design experience for embedded memory technologies; compute-in-memory or AI algorithms are a plus.
• Proficiency with EDA tools and design methodologies for non-volatile memory.

Job Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in circuit and logic design for embedded memory technologies. Experience in compute-in-memory or AI algorithms is considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with EDA tools and expertise in design methodologies for custom or digital design in the field of non-volatile memory.
