Eurowings Digital GmbH seeks a CRM Automation Expert to design personalized customer experiences powered by data, automation, and cutting-edge CRM tech. Lead cross-channel campaigns across email, app push, WhatsApp, and SMS and translate marketing needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will manage audiences, build templates, and continuously optimize journeys with a data-driven mindset while ensuring GDPR compliance and high deliverability. Fluency in English is required; German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, tracking, and GDPR.
• Advanced HTML and SQL skills; JavaScript and/or Python are a plus.
• Experience with analytics tools and customer data integrations.
• Strong understanding of cross-channel CRM and customer journeys.
• Data-driven mindset with quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (German is a plus).
