Hook & Scale in Germany is seeking Creative Strategists who understand why an ad works and can go beyond writing scripts. You will research audiences, competitors, trends, and winning creatives to craft hooks and concepts.

You will analyze what’s working, translate results into new ideas, and contribute to a repeatable creative process while collaborating with clients across multiple industries on full-time engagements.

You should be able to:

• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and winning creatives
• Find new angles and concepts
• Write strong hooks and scripts
• Analyze what's working and turn it into new ideas
• Understand creative testing and ad performance
• Have a clear, repeatable creative process
• Know the tools and platforms that make your research and ideation better

Bonus points if you've already created or contributed to winning ads.

You'll be joining an agency that is scaling fast across multiple industries and clients.
