Zusammenfassung

fonio is seeking a creative scriptwriter for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll own hooks, angles, and narratives, collaborating with the Creative Director while running day-to-day independently. You will own the scripting process end-to-end.

We’re looking for a native German speaker with strong English, able to produce high-volume outputs without sacrificing quality. Equity and relocation to Vienna are included.

Your role

You own the how we say it. All day, you concept and script ads: hooks, angles, and narratives that stop the scroll and convert. You work closely alongside the Creative Director, who sets final direction - but day-to-day you run independently. Full ownership over your scripting, no micromanagement loops.

What to expect

• You script and concept paid ads at pace — hooks, angles, storylines

• You own the creative angles for our campaigns and constantly develop new approaches

• You work closely with the Static Ads Designer and Content Creator to turn concept into finished output

• You operate autonomously; the Creative Director sets direction and gives final sign-off

• You test, learn from performance data, and iterate

Who we're looking for

• Experience scripting paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with demonstrable performance

• You think in hooks and angles and understand what stops people in the feed

• You produce fast and at volume without sacrificing quality

• Genuinely excited about AI and the space

• German at native level + good English
