Zusammenfassung

Düllberg Konzentra GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Creative Perfumer to join our Hamburg headquarters. You will develop innovative fragrances across categories, translating briefs and market trends into concepts, and optimizing formulations for superior olfactive and commercial performance.

You will work closely with Commercial, Evaluation, Application, Marketing and Regulatory teams, present concepts to customers, and travel internationally to represent the company at meetings and events.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience as a Creative Perfumer.
• Proven track record of commercially successful fragrance creations in Home Care.
• Broad cross-category expertise with strong creative and technical capabilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Develop innovative and commercially successful fragrances across Home Care and other categories.
• Translate customer briefs, consumer insights and market trends into fragrance concepts.
• Optimize formulations for best olfactory, technical and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Evaluation, Application, Marketing and Regulatory teams.
• Present fragrance concepts to customers and participate in workshops and projects.
• Represent the company at international meetings and industry events; travel as required.

What You Can Expect:

• Develop innovative and commercially successful fragrances across different categories, with a particular focus on Home Care
• Translate customer briefs, consumer insights and market trends into inspiring fragrance concepts
• Optimize formulations to achieve the best possible olfactive, technical and commercial performance
• Work closely with Commercial, Evaluation, Application, Marketing and Regulatory throughout the development process
• Present fragrance concepts to customers and participate in creative workshops and innovation projects
• Represent Düllberg Konzentra at international customer meetings and industry events and travel internationally as required

What You Bring:

• Several years of professional experience as a Creative Perfumer
• A proven track record of commercially successful fragrance creations in the Home Care category
• Broad cross-category expertise combined with strong creative and technical capabilities
• A passion for fragrance creation as well as a curious and innovative mindset
• An entrepreneurial, customer-focused approach and experience working with international customers and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluency in written and spoken German and English
