Job summary

Vyral Labs is a Canvas UGC agency building distribution engines for consumer apps and brands. As Content Strategist / UGC Engineer you sit between strategist, creator manager and account lead, deciding what gets posted, coaching creators, and owning client outcomes.

This full-time, remote position offers real ownership from week one, with pay, bonuses and equity tied to results, and a fast-growing team that values hustle and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Run client campaigns end to end, with a roster of creators across markets.
• Write hooks and scripts weekly for creators.
• Test at volume: hooks, formats, pacing, text styles and CTAs; identify what works.
• Read performance daily, cut what isn’t working and scale what is.
• Coach creators with clear, specific feedback using real videos and examples from top performers.
• Source and onboard new creators when roster needs refreshment.

What is Vyral Labs?

Vyral Labs is a Canvas UGC agency. Every month our creators post hundreds of native short-form videos from brand-new accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, and every single one is an experiment. Most videos flop, a few go viral, and the winners pay for everything.

We run campaigns for consumer apps and brands like Ecosia, Faircado and Status, across Europe, the US and LatAm. We also run our own app studio, so the playbooks you build get pointed at our own apps too.

As a Content Strategist / UGC Engineer you sit between strategist, creator manager and account lead: you decide what gets posted, coach the creators who post it, and own the results with the client.

This is a full-time role. We work hard and move fast, and we expect the same from you. In return, you'll be rewarded: your pay, bonuses, equity and responsibility grow with your results.

What you'll do

• Run client campaigns end to end, each with a roster of creators across one or more markets
• Write the hooks and scripts creators post every week
• Test at volume: hooks, formats, pacing, text styles and CTAs. Find what works and double down in days
• Read performance every day, cut what isn't working and scale what is
• Coach creators with clear, specific feedback, using real videos and examples from top performers
• Decide who stays on the roster, who needs a push and who's out
• Source and onboard new creators when the roster needs fresh talent

Who you are

• Chronically online. You know TikTok and Reels culture without having to look it up
• High agency. You own outcomes, not tasks
• A systems thinker who turns creative chaos into repeatable processes
• You write like the internet: native hooks, scripts and feedback, not marketing speak
• Comfortable posting your own content and reading the numbers in real time
• Organised enough to run many creators, tests and clients at once
• Business-minded. You care what a viral video does for the client, not just the view count
• Genuinely hungry. A flop is data, not failure
• No industry experience needed. Bonus if you've done UGC, creator management, social or growth marketing, or speak more than one language
