Zusammenfassung

Growing Pro CFO is seeking a dedicated Content Operator to own our pipeline from footage to publish-ready posts in our brand voice. You’ll edit, design, and write across multiple brands, running GoHighLevel campaigns and publishing on schedule.

You’ll work remotely, align with US Pacific hours, and grow with the company long-term. Real ownership, growth path, and daily shipped outputs are core to this role.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio or samples showing video editing, design and writing work.
• Experience producing social content across multiple brands.
• Ability to adapt brand voice and write engaging captions.

• Schedule and publish content and manage posting calendar.

Remote Full-time US Pacific hours Long-term

This is not a post-a-few-times seat you rotate out of in six months. We are building a content engine we plan to run for years, and we are looking for the one person who owns it. You take our raw footage and ideas and turn them into content that sounds exactly like the brand it is for. You run social for our brand and for a client of ours, so you get to build more than one brand at once.

What you will own

The Whole Pipeline, End to End

• Short-form video editing. Long-form recordings and call clips into Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
• Modern graphic design. Carousels, covers, quote cards, and Story graphics to a clean brand kit.
• Copy in the brand voice. Captions, hooks, and calls to action that sound human, not generic.
• Scheduling and publishing. Plan the calendar, then schedule and publish through GoHighLevel.
• Stories strategy. A real weekly Stories rhythm for each brand, not an afterthought.
• Project management. Track what is due and confirm every post went live correctly.
