We're seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage projects focused on water resource across all stages of design and execution, as outlined in the German HOAI framework. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, overseeing, and presenting project outcomes to clients. You'll coordinate interdisciplinary teams including engineers, draftspeople, and specialized consultants, while also collaborating with external stakeholders. Additionally, you may assist with business development activities as needed.

Qualifications:

A degree in civil engineering

Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within municipal infrastructure, water resource or flood protection projects

Strong understanding of interdisciplinary project requirements

Highly organized and methodical approach to work

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude

Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level)
