Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an on-site Construction Manager to lead a large-scale data centre project in Berlin. You will coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring milestones, safety compliance, and timely progress updates to leadership.

The role requires proven experience in major construction, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English (EU work rights essential).

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading large-scale data centre or mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Must have the right to work in the EU.
