Zusammenfassung

Ardmac is seeking a Construction Manager based in Germany to oversee planning, programming, and execution of complex projects across the EU, including data centres, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom facilities. Fluency in German is required, and candidates must have permission to work in the EU.

Role involves pre- and post-contract duties, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and leading multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven experience in planning, programming, and executing construction projects
• Background in fit out / interiors project in industrial building schemes preferred - eg pharma, data centres.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications in project management or construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, contract law, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
• Fluency in German is also essential.

• Ensure the implementation of all company safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures, maintaining statutory compliance across all projects.
• Develop contract programs with the Site Manager, ensuring necessary resources are in place and establishing the sequence and timing of operations for work completion.
