TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre construction programmes from early pre-construction through to handover in Frankfurt, Germany. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources and a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating CSA/MEP activities and stakeholder relationships across international teams.

You will drive project reporting, risk management and quality assurance, ensuring HSEQ compliance and timely commissioning, testing and close-out.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex construction projects.
• Experience within data centres, mission critical or high-tech environments.
• Strong understanding of CSA and/or MEP delivery.
• Experience managing main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client-side stakeholders.
• Experience taking projects through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Experience working with international clients and project teams.
• Degree/HND or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, specification and quality requirements.
• Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs, variations and project financial performance.
• Ensure HSEQ standards and project procedures are maintained throughout delivery.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, handover and close-out activities.
• Support procurement and subcontractor management where required.
• Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex construction projects.
• Previous experience within data centres, mission critical, high-tech, industrial or similarly complex environments.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery across CSA and/or MEP packages.
• Experience managing main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client-side stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project programmes, commercial controls, risk and change management.
• Experience taking projects through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced project environment.
• Relevant construction/project management qualification would be advantageous.
• Experience working with international clients and project teams.
• Degree/HND or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project or similar.
• Dutch language skills are advantageous but not essential.
