Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Connectivity Partner Program Manager, who works closely with our Connectivity Partner Business Manager and Sales team to drive supply acquisitions and optimization with our many connectivity partners.
Responsibilities
This is a full‑time role based in our Berlin office; relocation or current Berlin location preferred.
- Develop and drive a scalable Connectivity Partner development strategy that aligns with our overall Connectivity strategy and roadmap across the Connectivity Partner ecosystem.
- Analyze and segment Connectivity Partners based on tech, commercial, and operational signals, and translate insights into segment‑specific initiatives and programs.
- Build scalable program operations through automation, CRM workflows, dashboards, and AI agents that automate segmentation, program orchestration, and recurring partner communications, enabling data‑driven portfolio management at scale with appropriate governance.
- Manage internal and external communication, including connectivity updates, feature releases, adoption, and initiative/program related communication.
- Report on program progress and partner performance, and share key trends and learnings with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Connectivity Partner Business Manager (CPBM) to ensure alignment between account‑specific development work and global or segment initiatives/programs, and translate learnings into scalable programs.
Your Toolkit
- 4+ years of experience in program management, partner operations, or marketing operations, owning scalable initiatives across a portfolio rather than a small set of one‑to‑one accounts.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using SQL and analytics tools to segment partners, define success metrics, and measure program impact.
- Proficiency in leveraging generative and agentic AI tools to accelerate research, synthesize data, draft high‑quality communications, and design automated workflows and agents that scale recurring program work.
- Basic technical understanding of APIs and integration to translate technical concepts into clear partner and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments combining marketing, engineering, product, data analytics, BizOps, and sales, with a strong ability to align priorities and drive execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create clarity, build trust, and drive adoption of programs across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- High ownership mindset and a proactive, pragmatic approach that continuously challenges the status quo and focuses on scalable outcomes rather than manual execution.
- Comfortable operating in an agile, fast‑changing environment, prioritizing effectively and working autonomously while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are always a plus).
Benefits
- Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development.
- Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year.
- A hybrid working approach with three days of in‑office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at‑home focus time.
- Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company‑wide events.
- Monthly transportation and fitness budget.
- Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities.
- Language reimbursement program.
- Health and wellness benefits.
