Interzero sucht eine erfahrene Fach- oder Führungsposition im Bereich Compensation & Benefits in Köln. Sie entwickeln Rahmenwerke, Governance-Standards und Leitlinien für Vergütung, Benefits und Job-Architektur, steuern Benchmarking und Datenanalysen und arbeiten eng mit HR, Finance und Legal zusammen.

In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie Prozesse, Tools und Berichte neu, treiben Optimierungen voran und führen funktionsübergreifende Projekte eigenständig.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in HR, BWL, Finanzen oder Wirtschaftsbereich.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Vergütung, Benefits, Grading oder HR-Prozesse.
• Nachweis von eigenständiger Leitung cross-funktionaler Projekte.
• Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse und starke analytische Fähigkeiten.
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, Präsentationssicherheit.

• Entwicklung von Compensation- und Benefits-Grundlagen, Governance-Standards.
• Leitung regelmäßiger Vergütungsprozesse, Benchmarking und Analysen.
• Gestaltung von Job-Architektur, Grading und Strukturen.
• Analyse von Gehalts- & Workforce-Daten, Ableitung von Empfehlungen.
• Optimierung von Prozessen, Templates und digitalen Workflows.
• Führung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, Zeitpläne und Risiken.

• Frameworks & Governance: You develop compensation and benefits principles, frameworks, processes and governance standards aligned with business and HR requirements.
• Compensation Processes: You manage recurring compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, benchmarking and remuneration analyses.
• Job Architecture: You design job architecture, grading, salary structures and related decision criteria to support internal consistency and market competitiveness.
• Data Analysis: You analyze compensation, benefits, workforce and cost data and translate findings into clear recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: You optimize compensation- and benefits-related processes, controls, templates and digital workflows to improve quality, efficiency and transparency.
• Project Leadership: You lead cross-functional compensation, benefits and process improvement projects, including timelines, risks, deliverables and implementation.
• Stakeholder Advisory: You advise HR and business stakeholders on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring consistent application of frameworks and processes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: You coordinate with HR Systems, Finance, Legal, Payroll and external partners to ensure compliant processes, reliable data and effective implementation.
