Deutsche Telekom AG in Bonn is seeking a Community Manager (m/f/d/x) for COM & Social Media to monitor and editorially support social channels, including forums, Facebook, and Twitter, and to boost interactions within the Telekom community.

You will moderate events, analyze user feedback, coordinate testers with internal agencies, and act as the interface between Telekom and the online community, with a focus on new media and modern content formats.

Qualificações

• Degree in journalism and media communication with a traineeship and at least 3 years of professional experience in communication and editing, with a focus on new media and content creation of modern formats.

Responsabilidades

• Track and editorially support social networks (forums, Facebook, Twitter) and the Telekom community to increase interactions.
• Moderate community events online or in person and provide user support.
• Act as the interface between Telekom and the online community and coordinate with other communication units.
• Analyze customer feedback and channel-specific user behavior, including early warning systems for devices and software updates.
• Activate consumers as testers and manage applications with internal Telekom agencies.
