Manykind is seeking a Community & Growth Operator to identify where users already are, how attention moves in AI, and turn early interest into traction.

You’ll work directly with the founder in a fast, flat team; speed and curiosity trump traditional marketing. Expect hands-on growth across communities, creators, and AI-powered workflows.

This remote role is aligned with Berlin time and offers ownership, experimentation, and the chance to shape our early growth.

• Find high-signal communities, creators, conversations, and distribution channels
• Understand how users talk about different AI use cases and pain points
• Test hooks, narratives, content angles, and lightweight growth experiments
• Build relationships with early users, creators, and community champions
• Share demos, workflows, product updates, and use cases in ways that feel natural
• Figure out which channels and messaging actually drive engagement and adoption
• Feed insights and trends back into product and GTM decisions
• Use AI tools and automation to scale workflows and growth systems

Community & Growth Operator

Remote Contract

We're hiring a Community & Growth Operator to help us figure out where our users already are, how attention moves in AI right now, and how to turn early interest into real traction.

You'll work directly with the founder. No layers, no giant marketing org, no waiting around for approval chains.

This is an execution-heavy role. We care much more about speed, instincts, curiosity, and the ability to figure things out than polished resumes or traditional marketing backgrounds.

What you'll do

• Find high-signal communities, creators, conversations, and distribution channels
• Understand how users talk about different AI use cases and pain points
• Test hooks, narratives, content angles, and lightweight growth experiments
• Build relationships with early users, creators, and community champions
• Share demos, workflows, product updates, and use cases in ways that feel natural
• Figure out which channels and messaging actually drive engagement and adoption
• Feed insights and trends back into product and GTM decisions
• Use AI tools and automation to scale workflows and growth systems
