Job summary

Big Mamma Berlin sucht eine/n Commis de Cuisine am Standort Pamela in der Charlottenstraße. Vollzeit, 2 feste freie Tage.

Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Küchenchefs zusammen, lernst täglich durch Praxis und wächst Schritt für Schritt in einer strukturierten, unterstützenden Umgebung. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören Vorbereitungen, Mise en Place, Service-Unterstützung, Sauberkeit und Hygiene, sowie die Mitwirkung in verschiedenen Küchenbereichen.

Qualifications

• Erste Erfahrung in einer Profiküche erforderlich.
• Bereitschaft, sich in einem strukturierten, lernorientierten Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln.
• Teamorientiertes, proaktives Handeln und Zuverlässigkeit sind gefragt.

Responsibilities

• Vorbereitung von Zutaten und Mise en Place unterstützen.
• Team während des Services unterstützen und Abläufe mitgestalten.
• Küchenorganisation und operative Standards kennenlernen und anwenden.
• Vorbereitungen in verschiedenen Küchenbereichen unterstützen.
• Qualität und Konstanz der Gerichte sicherstellen.
• Station sauber und ordentlich halten und Hygienestandards einhalten.
• Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards beachten.

Your role & learning journey

You support the kitchen team and develop your skills every day:

• Prepare ingredients and support daily mise en place
• Assist the team during service execution
• Learn kitchen organization and operational standards
• Support preparation across different kitchen sections
• Ensure quality and consistency of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards

This role is designed as an entry point with real growth opportunities across our kitchens.
