Villeroy & Boch Group in Germany invites you to join the V&BNextGen Trainee Program in Marketing and Sales. You’ll rotate through focus areas such as product and brand management, online and performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, CRM and omni-channel management.

The program lasts about two years, includes onboarding and trainings, and aims to build a strong internal network in an intercultural environment. A master’s degree in business and fluency in German and English are required.

• Completed master's degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or communications.
• Enthusiasm for topics at the intersection of marketing and sales.
• A passion for working in an intercultural context.
• Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions.

• German and English language proficiency.
