Job summary

Klaeser Internationale Fachspedition & Fahrzeugbau GmbH is seeking a full-time commercial SHEQ administrator to support the SHEQ team in handling an integrated management system. You will assist with records, communications, and documentation across safety, health, environment, quality, and CSR topics.

The role requires commercial training, strong MS Office skills, and excellent German language abilities. A background in logistics or a technical setting is desirable, with opportunities for

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Experience in a logistics or technical environment desirable.
• Very good German language and spelling skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Record and process customer complaints, including communicating outcomes to customers.
• Participate in incident analysis and develop corrective and preventive measures.
• Internal and external communication by phone and in writing; prepare presentations and general commercial correspondence.
• Maintain SHEQ and related databases, prepare operating instructions, and support audits and meetings.

Your requirements

Commercial training

Completed commercial vocational training, professional experience in a logistics or technical environment would be desirable

Readiness
